Hormel Foods Corp., Austin, Minn., for the first time will spotlight all Hormel-branded products in a single marketing campaign.
While priority will be given to such marquee items as Hormel Natural Choice all-natural meats, Hormel Compleats microwave meals, Hormel pepperoni and Hormel refrigerated entrees, the campaign will include products in 15 categories, including Hormel bacon and Hormel chunk meats.
Messages will be delivered through advertising, public relations, digital and in-store/promotional elements leveraging the “Life Better Served” theme.
The national print ads are intended to generate awareness of the brand portfolio while showcasing individual products. Each ad poses a mealtime question that consumers face and demonstrates how Hormel-branded products can provide the answer.
Three television spots, meanwhile, will position Hormel-branded selections as simple mealtime solutions. Scheduled to debut in February on NBC during the Winter Olympics, the TV ads will feature Hormel Natural Choice, Hormel pepperoni and Hormel Compleats meals.
