DCI Cheese Co., Richfield, Wis., is adding Organic American Cheese to its line of Organic Creamery-branded cheeses.

Available in eight-slice straight stack and 16-slice twin stack packs, the Organic American cheeses are produced from 100-percent certified organic milk that is sourced from family farms that practice humane animal management and pasture grazing.

The milk is free of pesticides, antibiotics and hormones. In addition, no animal rennet or artificial colorings are used during production.

The products, in eight- and 16-ounce packages, are available in the specialty cheese section of select retailers across the U.S.
