Harris Ranch Beef Co. Debuts Natural Fully Cooked Beef Entrees

Harris Ranch Beef Co., Coalinga, Calif., is debuting a line of fully cooked beef entrées that are produced from natural beef and all-natural seasonings.

The entrées come in 17-ounce microwavable containers for supermarkets, as well as a bundled double pack and two-to-three-pound random weight packages for club stores. A foodservice bulk pack also is available.

Initial varieties include Beef Pot Roast with Hearty Gravy, Meat Loaf with Traditional Tomato Sauce, Boneless Short Ribs in Honey BBQ Sauce, Tri Tip Au Jus, and Stew with Garden Vegetables. Additional flavors will be available in the coming months, the company notes.
