Catelli Brothers Inc. Adds To Its Italian Bistro Offerings

Catelli Brothers Inc., Collingswood, N.J., is adding Meat–ball & Meatloaf Mix to its Catelli Italian Bistro™ line of premium heat-and-serve entrées.

The mix features a blend of fresh ground beef, pork and veal and allows consumers to add their own ingredients and seasonings. It is available at retail locations in a two-pound vacuum-sealed version and 1.25-pound modified atmosphere package.

Other entrées in the line include Chicken Marsala, Chicken Parmigiana, Chicken Piccata, Veal Marsala, Veal Parmigiana, Veal Piccata, Veal Provencale and Lamb Rosetta.

Catelli Brothers will be promoting the items through retail partnerships, at regional cooking shows and with in-store and out-of-store advertising.
