BelGioioso Cheese Inc., Denmark, Wis., is launching Unwrap & Roll, fresh mozzarella that is formed into thin, ready-to-use sheets.

The all-natural cheese, which is sold in 12-ounce packages, can be unrolled—layered with such ingredients as pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, cured meats, fresh herbs and grilled vegetables—and then re-rolled, the company states.

The cheese is intended for use in such offerings as salads, appetizers, pizzas and hors d’oeuvres, the company notes.

Packaging includes easy-to-read instructions and meal ideas.
